Pottery Courses

Charlotte understands that at times life can get in the way, even if it is your favourite 2 hours of the week! She has come up with some solutions to occasional problems which offer a certain amount of flexibility in your pottery course. 
By prior arrangement it is sometimes possible to book different evenings over the duration of a course. You can also include the Wednesday, Friday and Saturday morning classes. If you are a shift worker this type of booking makes an evening class more achievable.

If your regular evening slot needs to be changed for an alternative evening, it can usually be swapped but you are required to give at least a weeks notice for this.
Please be aware that this can only be utilised once per pottery term and cannot be a regular occurrence unless with prior agreement.

Any cancellations giving a weeks notice will need to be placed on the student led ‘swap board’, in turn a slot can be taken from the board to replace your missing session. The swap sessions are available on Saturday mornings from 11am - 1pm, as well as the normal weekday evenings.
Catch up sessions cannot be used as an extra session in subsequent terms or to receive a discount.

Any cancellations giving less than a weeks notice will mean that that session is forfeited and your course will continue the following week.
It sometimes feels unfair, if you are poorly, stuck in traffic or have work commitments but no shows have to be paid for.

Private Bookings

Please note that we cannot give refunds for private bookings.
Any sessions with more than 7 days notice can be amended to another date free of charge.

Any cancellations with less than 7 days can be ammended to a different date for a fee of £20 pp.
Any cancellations giving less than 48 hours notice will mean that that session is forfeited as I have no opportunity to re-book the slot and will have had to turn other bookings away.

Pottery Vouchers

Pottery vouchers must be booked within the expiry date. Sometimes, at busy times, it is not always possible to fit you onto a course in this time, but as long as you have made enquiries about your session and have shown intent to book during the vouchers validity then the expiry will be extended.

Vouchers are valid for the session purchased and have no cash value. No refunds are permitted.

If you have special requirements, ie shift workers or if you have very limited availability please make enquiries before purchasing the vouchers.
