Weekly Pottery Classes
The pottery sessions at Eskimo Blue run throughout the year. There are currently 7 sessions per week and 5 or 6 weeks in each pottery term. You pick your session and then come each week consecutively on the same day or evening.
Once you have a space, it is then yours until you decide to no longer continue. You can stay for just one term or keep on re-booking.
Each class has a maximum of 13 people in the studio and runs for 2 hours. The evening sessions start at 6pm and finish at 8pm. The daytime sessions start at 11am and finish at 1pm.
If you are shift worker who won’t be free at the same time every week, you can still be accommodated if you can still commit to six sessions and agree which times these are with Charlotte before hand.
PLEASE NOTE - DUE TO HIGH DEMAND ONLY FULL TERMS ARE AVAILABLE TO BOOK AT THIS TIME, MEANING TASTER SESSIONS AND SHORTER TERMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE UNLESS YOU ARE A CURRENT STUDENT.
All materials, firing costs and tuition are included in the price. It doesn’t matter if you have no previous pottery experience, you’ll be guided through the whole process.
All students are at different levels which is perfect for learning from each other too.
The gallery downstairs is a great source for inspiration although it is encouraged to develop your own style and not directly copy. Charlotte's work is also a good visual teaching aid when glaze outcomes are being explained.
